Job Description
System Development & Maintenance
Design, develop, and enhance corporate applications across PC, Web, Mobile, and Tablet platforms.
Build new applications and extend existing systems or modules to boost overall organizational efficiency.
Maintain, secure, and optimize existing core systems to ensure continuous stability and high availability.
Perform requirement analysis and design tailored systems that align with functional departmental workflows.
Develop Web Services and APIs to enable seamless data integration across internal and external systems.
Design, optimize, and maintain corporate database architectures for peak performance.
System Support & Troubleshooting
Provide technical support, debug code, and troubleshoot issues to assist end-users across the company.
Identify program bugs, execute fixes, and continuously optimize application performance.
Conduct root cause analysis on system issues and implement long-term preventive measures.
Documentation & Operational Support
Create technical documentation, program specifications, and end-user manuals.
Provide user training, technical advice, and system guidance to internal teams.
Coordinate cross-functionally with end-users and key stakeholders to keep project deliverables on track.
Research and adopt emerging technologies to improve operational capabilities and support business growth.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Application or Software Development (promising candidates with less experience are welcome to apply).
Hands-on experience developing applications using PHP and Java.
Experience with Oracle Database, Oracle Forms & Reports, and PL/SQL.
Experience developing Web Applications or Mobile Applications is a strong plus.
Prior experience developing enterprise systems such as ERP, Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Logistics is highly advantageous.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficient in Web Services, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
Strong understanding of SQL and relational database design.
Core Competencies:
Systematic analytical, system design, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Highly adaptable with a strong commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation & Financial Benefits
Base Salary: Based on company structure and candidate experience.
Attendance Allowance: 5% – 8% of base salary (subject to full attendance: no absence, leave, or late arrivals).
Guaranteed Bonus: 1 month annually.
Performance Bonus: Additional variable bonus based on company performance and individual appraisal.
Efficiency / Productivity Allowance: Provided based on overall performance metrics.
Meal Allowance: THB 700 / month.
Transportation Allowance: Up to THB 1,000 / month (calculated based on actual attendance days).
