Job Description
Order Management & Execution
Handle end-to-end order management upon receiving order details and customer requirements from the Sales team.
Issue production orders and drive each order step-by-step through completion.
Communicate precise order details (PO, Style, Fabric, Trim, Size Specifications, and Packaging Requirements) to ensure alignment across all departments.
Create and monitor the Time & Action (T&A) Calendar to track order progress and guarantee on-time delivery.
Raw Materials & Sample Development
Coordinate fabric, trim, and accessory procurement with relevant teams, ensuring materials arrive according to the production schedule.
Oversee full sample development (Prototype, Fit Sample, Size Set, PP Sample, Shipment Sample) in alignment with customer specifications.
Submit samples for customer approval, follow up on feedback, and communicate necessary revisions until final approval is secured.
Hand over fully approved technical documents and sample details to the production team.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Export
Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Planning, QA/QC, Packing, and Import/Export teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor production progress and proactively resolve potential issues to prevent shipment delays.
Coordinate with Packing and Import/Export teams to fulfill shipping schedules and meet customer delivery deadlines.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Apparel and Garment, Textiles, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in Merchandising or the garment manufacturing and export industry is a strong plus.
Sound knowledge of fabrics, raw materials, and garment manufacturing processes.
Solid understanding of sample development, production workflows, and export procedures.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong negotiation, planning, follow-up, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
High sense of responsibility with proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Enthusiastic, fast learner, resourceful, and capable of quick problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.

Material Readiness: Ensure 100% availability and readiness of raw materials according to the production plan.
Order & Document Accuracy: Maintain 100% accuracy for all order details and production-related documentation.
On-Time Delivery (OTD): Meet target schedules for both production completion and final product delivery.
Zero Communication Errors: Eliminate errors arising from customer communications or technical handovers to the production team.
Order Management Efficiency & Customer Satisfaction: Drive seamless order execution to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction levels.
Welfare and Benefits
Work Days: Monday – Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation & Financial Benefits
Base Salary: Based on company structure and candidate experience.
Attendance Allowance: 5% – 8% of base salary (subject to full attendance: no absence, leave, or late arrivals).
Guaranteed Bonus: 1 month annually.
Performance Bonus: Additional variable bonus based on company profits and individual performance appraisals.
Efficiency / Productivity Allowance: Provided based on overall performance metrics.
Meal Allowance: THB 700 / month.
Transportation Allowance: THB 400 – 500 / month (calculated based on actual attendance days).
